Preview (partial song; no chords displayed)

A somewhat difficult song for a band that hasn't played together very much
because of all the starting and stopping and techno stuff. To do it like the CD,
this song involves either prerecording the synthesized stuff and playing it on a
computer, or having the setup to do it live. However, we played this song for my
youth group with just a band, and it sounded really good without all the effects.
It's a very fun song to play. Below are some of my notes...if anybody can figure
out what I don't have that would be awesome.
Bridge:Just synthesizer until added bass and drums after the first two lines
Ending:There are some repeating chords that sound like D and E, but I think they
change and I just can't figure it out. Also, there is an amazing piano part that
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
The love in this place
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
The grace in this place
Can you feel it?

Life makes it so hard sometimes
To know what’s real
Life makes it so hard sometimes
To know what’s real
Oh, this life makes it so hard sometimes
To know what’s real
Oh, this life makes it so hard sometimes

When I can’t feel You there
When I can’t see You there
When I can’t comprehend that
You are there
You are there
You’re everywhere
You are everywhere
