Preview (partial song; no chords displayed)

Hey guys, I have had this CD for about 2 weeks now and i love it!!!
My dad is the youth pastor of the church i go to and he asked me
to put together some songs and this was one God put in my heart.
God was the one who helped me figure out the cords. Good luck...
It is in standard tuning so it should be pretty easy
The chords are as follows...
(pm)= palm mute
\ = slide up
/ =slide down
E- 0 2 2 1 0 0
Esus- 0 2 2 2 0 0
B- x 2 4 4 4 2
Am- x 0 2 2 1 0
A- 0 7 7 6 0 0 (this cord is exactly like an A but played higher on the scale)
C- 0 9 9 8 0 0 (this is just like a c but like I said higher on the scale)
The song is as follows...
Am I at the point of no improvement?
What of the death I still dwell in?
I try to excel, but i feel no movement
Can I be free of this unreleasable sin?
Never underestimate my Jesus
You're telling me that there's no hope I'm telling you you're wrong
Never underestimate my Jesus
When the world around you crumbles, he will be strong he will be strong
Esus, E, B, E, Esus, E, B
I throw up my hands "oh the impossibilities"
Frustrated and tired where do I go from here
Now I'm searching for the confidence I've lost so willingly
overcoming these obstacles is overcoming my fears

I think I can't, I think I can't
But I think you can, I think you can
I think I can't, I think I can't
But I think you can, I think you can
Gather my insufficiencies and place them in your hands
place them in your hands. place them in your hands
