a.) fill out the entry form including your name, city and state, your valid e-mail address as well as the names and valid e-mail addresses of five other individuals not previously entered or supplied

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering your e-mail address, you have agreed to receive promotional information e-mails from the Sponsor and give permission for the Sponsors to post winners name(s) on their web sites and to use the winner's name and hometown for purposes of advertising in any media without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor respects your privacy and will not give or sell the names and e-mail addresses to anyone unless required by court order.

Promotion Period: The promotion begins November 21, 2000 at 12:01AM EDT and ends on December 19, 2000 at 11:59:59PM EST.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Samsung DVD Player. Approximate market value of the Prize is two hundred dollars ($200.00). Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

THE WINNER: A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held on or about December 20, 2000 to determine the winner of the prize. The winner will be notified by E-mail no later than three days after the drawing. The Prize winner will be required to furnish the Sponsor with a mailing and shipping address by E-mail within seven days of the sending of the notification. The Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability / Publicity, which must be signed by the Prize winner and received at the designated address, in the prepaid overnight envelope which will be provided by sponsor no later than seven days after receipt by winner. Prize winner must adhere to any and all promotion rules. If any of the requirements of this contest are not met or any prize notification or any Prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner as determined by random drawing from the remaining pool of all eligible entries within seven days of the determination that the previous winner is disqualified. Should three winners be disqualified, the prize will used in a future sweepstake. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding. The name of the prize winner will be posted at www.AMustardSeed.com within 3 days after the date of the drawing. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and / or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation or notice.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, garbled, late or misdirected entre, inaccurate entry of give-a-way ? related information or failures or malfunctions of Internet connections, computers, phones, phone lines, telephone systems, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this give-a-way, human error or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole direction on, to avoid any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this give-a-way. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning. Entry through any one method over another method will not enhance chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the US only, 18 years of age or over by September 30, 2000.
